6.1 You can change your mind and withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. You have this option from the day you or a person you select (who is not the courier) physically receives the items. To cancel, simply let us know clearly - you can send us a letter, fax or email. There is a sample form that you can use, but you don't have to.

6.2 What happens if you cancel - If you decide to cancel, we will refund you within fourteen days the full amount you paid us, including shipping costs (unless you chose a more expensive shipping method than our standard delivery ). We will receive your declaration of cancellation or the items back. We use the same payment method that you used for your original purchase unless we agree otherwise. You will not be charged any fees for this refund.

We may wait until we receive the items back and inspect them thoroughly before issuing a refund. We inspect them for any signs of wear and tear within 30 minutes of receipt. Please return the items within fourteen days after you have informed us of your cancellation. If you send them back before that time, everything is fine. We will cover the cost of returning the items.

You are only responsible for any depreciation of the items if you have used or treated them in a way that is not necessary for an understanding of their nature, characteristics and functioning.…
